Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. However, prices shown at checkout are final for that transaction.
Hallmarking: All gold jewelry above the mandated threshold is BIS hallmarked as per Indian government regulations. Purity certificates are provided where applicable.
Availability: Items are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a replacement or full refund.
Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledgment. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment is processed, we will issue a full refund within 7–10 business days.
Custom Orders: For bespoke jewelry designs, a separate agreement, advance payment, and non-cancellable terms may apply. Contact us directly for custom work.
Accepted Methods: Credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, and other methods displayed at checkout.
Security: Payments are processed through third-party PCI-compliant gateways. We do not store your full payment credentials.
No COD Policy: Due to the high-value nature of jewelry, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Domestic Shipping: We ship across India. Delivery timelines (typically 5–10 business days for standard products; 15–20 days for custom jewelry) are estimates and not guarantees.
Insurance: All shipments are insured until delivery. You are responsible for inspecting the package upon arrival. Any damage or discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the product to the shipping carrier.
Due to the nature of jewelry (hygiene, customization, and value volatility), we have a limited returns policy:

Incorrect item shipped.

Damaged during transit (photo evidence required).
Not Eligible for Return:
Customized/engraved jewelry.

Refund Process: Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method within 10–15 business days. Store credit may be offered as an alternative.
